In the right wing, there is also a communal cooking area for the use of the guest whose rooms are not furnished with a kitchen. All rooms on all floors, without any exception, are equipped with a fridge, though. They are also fully air-conditioned and have a television. Finally, there is access to the internet from most parts of the rooms. The apartment on the lower level and the rooms of the first floor have been running since 1990.
